Larry Shepherd 56, of North Judson, Indiana, passed away peacefully at home, Friday, December 4th, 2020. He was born Saturday, July 18th., 1964 in Knox, Indiana, Son of the late Albert Lee Shepherd Sr. and the late Emily (Howard) Shepherd. On June, 29th., 1985, in Salyersville, Kentucky Larry married Joy (Pebbles) Minix, who survives. Larry enjoyed fishing, hunting, gardening, drawing and cooking. His greatest passion was spending time with his wife, son, family, and his 3 dogs, Bear, Apache and Prada. Especially Bear, he was his Sidekick. He was happily awaiting his first grandchild (grand daughter) in March. He was a Foreman for Nitco in Hebron, Indiana. He served in the United States Army, stationed in Ft. Leonardwood, MO. Surviving are his wife, Joy (Pebbles) Shepherd of North Judson, Indiana. Son, Christianson Blake (Angelina) Shepherd and future Grand daughter of North Judson, Indiana. Brother, Gary Wayne (Christine) Shepherd of North Judson, Indiana. Brother, David Shepherd Sr. of North Judson, Indiana. Sister, Delores Jean "Pee-Wee" (Hal) Troike of Las Vegas, Nevada. Sister, Geraldine (Ricky) Minix of Nashville, Tennessee. Sister-in-law, Hazel (Wayne) Moncel of Monon, Indiana. Sister-in-law, Debra Copp of Knox, Indiana. Brother-in-laws, Glenn (Traci) Minix, Scott (Angie) Minix, Bryan (Dana) Ledford and Steve Ledford all of Winamac, Indiana. Sister-in-law, Pat (Mark) Richards of Marion, Indiana. Sister-in-law, Marty (Dave) Ward of North Judson, Indiana and many Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, and Nephews. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Kristen Nicole Shepherd, Father, Albert Lee Shepherd Sr., Mother, Emily (Howard) Shepherd, Brother, Albert Lee (Junior) Shepherd, Sister, Alene ( Sissy) Bradley, Sister, Rosalie Redlin, Nephew, Tony Wayne Back. Father-in-law, Julius Minix, Mother-in-law, Virginia "Fay" (Donald) Ledford, Brother-in-law, Christian Minix, Sister-in-laws, Judy Minix and Ann Hopkins. Graveside Services, Wednesday, December 9th., at 11:00 A.M., Tippecanoe Christian Church Cemetery 750 S. Between 600 W. & 500 W. in Winamac, Indiana. Rev. James Rowe officiating. Flowers may be delivered directly to the cemetery.
